The types of questions are also super important. Don't ask "will I have to work more than 40 hours?" or "how much dollars are you going to give me?" Instead ask questions about how they plan to help you grow, what support systems are in place to assist with your career development, and how they assess success or failure for their software developers. Dive deep and learn more instead of asking questions the recruiter could typically answer for you.
